About

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Trainee who is passionate about interiors, home décor, fashion, lifestyle content and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing TIA's Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging content ideas for Reels, Stories, Posts and Carousels.
- Research trending Reels, audios, hashtags and social media formats.
- Assist in developing and maintaining TIA's monthly content calendar.
- Coordinate product shoots, lifestyle shoots and content creation.
- Assist with styling products for photoshoots and social media content.
- Write creative captions, product descriptions and promotional copy.
- Assist in influencer collaborations and creator outreach.
- Monitor comments, DMs and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Support festive campaigns, product launches, offers and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated with trends in interior design, luxury décor, lifestyle and visual aesthetics.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing and e-commerce teams.

Candidate Requirements
- Fresher or 0–1 year of experience in social media/digital marketing.
- Strong interest in Instagram, Reels, Pinterest and visual content.




- Good communication and creative writing skills.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats.
- Good eye for aesthetics, styling and visual presentation.
- Basic knowledge of Canva is preferred.
- Knowledge of CapCut/InShot or other video editing tools is an added advantage.
- Interest in interior design, home décor, luxury lifestyle or fashion will be preferred.
- Proactive, creative and willing to experiment with new content ideas.
