Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage Loyaltty’s presence across key social media platforms, creating and scheduling content that highlights products, services, and company culture.

Responsibilities include developing and executing social media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, engaging with online communities, and coordinating with design and development teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. The specialist will stay current with social media trends, optimize content based on analytics,



and support broader digital marketing initiatives such as paid campaigns and promotions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneshwar, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience planning and executing platform-specific campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including developing creative, engaging, and brand-aligned posts.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and channels.
- Experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, X/Twitter insights) to track performance and optimize strategies.
- Familiarity with basic graphic design or content editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, or similar) is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Bhubaneshwar, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a tech or app development environment is an advantage but not required.
