Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Professional to manage and strengthen our brand’s digital presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in social media strategy, content planning, audience engagement, performance analysis, and campaign execution. Candidates with healthcare industry experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.

· Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, as relevant to the business.

· Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.

· Coordinate with designers, content writers, and video editors to develop engaging content.

· Write and review captions, creative briefs, hashtags, and platform-specific content.

· Monitor audience engagement, brand mentions, social media trends, and competitor activities.

· Track key performance metrics, including reach, impressions, engagement rate,



follower growth, and website traffic.

· Prepare periodic performance reports and recommend improvements based on insights.

· Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with the performance marketing team when required.

· Ensure brand consistency and follow applicable healthcare advertising, privacy, and communication guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing or social media management.

· Hands-on experience managing multiple social media platforms.

· Solid understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and social media analytics.

· Experience with social media management and reporting tools.

· Excellent communication, copywriting, and coordination skills.

· Ability to analyze performance and translate insights into actionable strategies.

· Healthcare industry experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
