Entry Level Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media campaigns across platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, coordinating with internal teams to produce posts and visuals, monitoring social media channels, and responding to comments and messages in a skilled manner.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing campaigns across major platforms.




- Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy for social channels, aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing principles, including audience targeting, analytics, and performance optimization.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn tools, basic reporting dashboards).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple campaigns.
- Experience in a service-oriented or HR-focused environment is an advantage.
