We’re looking for the second kind.

We’re hiring a Social Media Marketing Executive at Jewelz, and no, we’re not looking for someone whose job ends at “posting regularly.”

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the internet.

Someone who notices a trending audio before it becomes overused. Who can look at a product and immediately think of three Reel ideas. Who knows which creator would actually fit the brand instead of just sending collaboration DMs to everyone with followers.

Basically, someone who can make people stop scrolling and notice Jewelz.

What will you actually be doing?

You’ll take ownership of our social media presence and work closely with the team to decide what Jewelz should look, sound and feel like online.

A big part of your role will involve:

→ Planning and managing our social media content calendar

→ Creating Reels, Stories, posts and other social-first content

→ Coming up with concepts for campaigns, launches and festive moments

→ Being hands-on with content creation — shooting, ideating, scripting and executing

→ Finding relevant influencers and creators for Jewelz

→ Reaching out, negotiating and coordinating brand collaborations

→ Building influencer campaigns that feel natural rather than forced

→ Keeping track of trends, conversations, formats, memes and audios that actually make sense for our brand





→ Looking at content performance and understanding what our audience is responding to

→ Constantly experimenting with “What can we do differently next?”

And yes, sometimes an idea will come at 11 PM because you saw something while scrolling Instagram.

The person we’re hoping to find:

You have around 2+ years of hands-on social media experience.

You’re creative, curious and comfortable experimenting.

You don't need someone to give you a Reel reference every single time — you bring references to the table.

You understand that there’s a difference between following a trend and making a trend relevant to a brand.

You’re comfortable speaking to influencers and creators.

You enjoy fashion, jewellery, pop culture and the constantly changing world of social media.

And most importantly — you have that little bit of hustle in you.

The kind that makes you say:

“Wait. I have an idea.”
