Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage and grow Atomic Group of Company’s presence across key social media platforms through consistent, high-quality content and engagement. This full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi includes planning and executing social media campaigns, creating platform-specific content (posts, reels, stories, short videos), and scheduling content using appropriate tools. The specialist will monitor performance metrics, optimize strategies based on analytics,



and coordinate with internal teams to align social media messaging with brand objectives and ongoing initiatives across the group’s ventures.

Daily responsibilities also include community management, responding to comments and messages, supporting broader digital marketing activities, and staying current with social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with experience managing brand accounts across multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, including audience targeting, campaign planning, and basic performance tracking.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to convey brand messages clearly and engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to use social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, basic Excel or reporting tools).
- Creative mindset with basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, mobile editing apps) to produce visually appealing content.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and consistency in posting and branding.
- Experience in healthcare, beauty, education, or NGO sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
