Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and develop practical skills in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. This role offers an opportunity to work on real-world projects, explore creative ideas, and gain hands-on industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Content Creation: Create engaging posts, captions, stories, reels, and other marketing content.
- Creative Designing: Design basic social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Marketing & Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Research & Trends: Research industry trends, competitor activities, relevant hashtags, and content ideas.
- Audience Engagement: Assist in responding to comments, monitoring engagement, and improving online visibility.
- Performance Tracking:



Monitor social media insights, reach, impressions, and engagement to support performance analysis.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the team to develop marketing ideas and maintain a consistent brand presence.

Key Requirements

- Basic Knowledge: Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity: Ability to generate fresh content ideas and create engaging posts.
- Design Skills: Familiarity with Canva or basic graphic design tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to Learn: Positive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to gain practical experience.
- Educational Background: Students or graduates in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields are preferred.
