The Role For your first 6 months, LinkedIn is your world.

You’ll work closely with the CareerXperts team on a 1.2M+ LinkedIn presence and content reaching a community of 2.3M+ people

- including technology leaders, founders, startup builders and hiring teams.

The goal is simple: build one of the most engaging recruitment brands on LinkedIn . Location: Bengaluru – Nagasandra / Yeshwanthpur offices

Duration: 3–6 Months

Stipend: ₹40,000–₹50,000/month, based on interview & skills

Full-Time Opportunity after completion: Yes

You don’t need to know recruitment inside out. You do need to be sharp, curious, creative and very comfortable on LinkedIn.

What You’ll Do

- Create and publish LinkedIn posts, articles and newsletters.
- Help shape what CareerXperts talks about across startups, technology, careers and the talent world.
- Create clean, high-quality creatives using Canva or Adobe .
- Research what’s happening across startups, technology and LinkedIn - and turn it into content people actually want to read.
- Support LinkedIn job postings and make sure they are presented well.
- Track what is working and learn from engagement, reach and audience behaviour.




- Work directly with the team to develop new content ideas and improve our LinkedIn presence.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Someone who spends time on LinkedIn and understands what makes content work.
- Curiosity about startups, technology, AI, companies, people and careers .
- Good visual sense - you should care about how a post looks, not just what it says.
- Comfortable using Canva; Adobe is a plus.
- Someone who can take an idea and turn it into something crisp, interesting and worth stopping for .
- Most importantly: good taste, good judgment and the confidence to bring ideas to the table.

You can be a fresher, final-year student or someone with early internship experience. We’re more interested in how you think and communicate than how long your resume is.
