We work with businesses and brands to create high-quality digital experiences. We're looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our online presence, grow our audience, and generate potential business leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, manage, and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Create engaging content ideas, captions, reels, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with our designers, video editors, and 3D artists to produce high-quality content.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and organic reach.
- Identify trends, competitor strategies, and recent marketing opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and inquiries through social media.
- Manage community engagement, comments, and direct messages.
- Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Build HFX Studios' brand positioning in Indian and international markets.

Requirements
- Experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram,



LinkedIn, Facebook, and their algorithms.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and content planning skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, social media analytics, and audience targeting.
- Creative thinking with a strong understanding of branding.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with creative agencies, production studios, or marketing agencies is a plus.
