Key Result Areas (KRA) – Social Media Marketing (Influencer) Intern

IMS Proschool | Mumbai Region

Role Objective: Build awareness of IMS Proschool, engage students through relatable social media content, and generate enquiries for courses, counselling sessions and events.

Reporting To: Cluster Manager / Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualise, script, shoot and edit engaging reels, stories and posts for IMS Proschool’s social media channels.
- Appear on camera to promote courses, upcoming batches, webinars, seminars and student activities.
- Create relatable content around Program offered by Institution.
- Capture student testimonials, faculty interviews, placement stories and centre experiences.
- Cover assigned college seminars and events across Thane, Navi Mumbai, Andheri, Borivali and Churchgate.
- Engage with comments and DMs, and connect interested students with the counselling team.
- Research social media trends and suggest collaborations with student creators and college communities.
- Maintain a content calendar and track reach, engagement and enquiries.





Who Can Apply?

- Students or fresh graduates interested in social media, marketing, media or communications.
- Confident presenters with strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and mobile video-editing tools.
- Comfortable communicating in English and Hindi; Marathi is an added advantage.
- Willingness to visit Mumbai-region centres and event locations as required.
- Previous content creation experience is welcome; a large follower base is not required.
