Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Marketing Intern at Grovon Solutions. The intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.

Daily tasks include drafting posts, creating basic graphics or short videos, scheduling content, monitoring engagement,



and responding to comments under guidance from the marketing team. The role also involves assisting with campaign execution, conducting simple performance analysis, researching trends in AI, technology, and business transformation, and collaborating with team members to optimize content. The intern will help maintain a consistent online presence and contribute ideas to grow audience reach and engagement on key platforms.

Qualifications

- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills, with an understanding of major platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook).
- Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, including basic knowledge of campaigns, audience targeting, and analytics.
- Strong Communication skills, with clear, concise writing and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Basic familiarity with design or content tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, video editing tools) is beneficial.
- Interest in AI, technology, and business transformation, with willingness to learn and research industry trends.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
