Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to grow brand visibility and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing social media strategies, managing content calendars, coordinating with design and copy teams, and monitoring performance metrics.

The Social Media

Manager will optimize posts and campaigns for each platform, respond to audience interactions, and report on key insights to refine tactics.



Collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients to align social media initiatives with overall marketing and growth objectives is a core part of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and refine campaigns across platforms.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams, clients, and online communities.
- Proficient Writing skills for creating concise, engaging, and brand-consistent social media copy.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and basic performance reporting.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and current social media trends.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a marketing agency or growth-focused workplace is an advantage.
