Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, creating engaging posts, managing online communities, and tracking performance to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content, including posts, Reels, Stories, and videos.

- Write creative captions, copy, and relevant hashtags.

- Manage and maintain social media accounts across multiple platforms.

- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.

- Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.

- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, influencers, and marketing teams.

- Run social media campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.





- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

- Creativity and an understanding of current digital trends.

- Basic knowledge of content creation, copywriting, and social media analytics.

- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platforms.

- Positive organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.

- Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Growth in followers and audience reach.

- Engagement rate, including likes, comments, shares, and saves.

- Content consistency and publishing frequency.

- Website traffic and leads generated through social media.

- Campaign performance and achievement of marketing goals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
