- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts and day-to-day content activities for clients.

- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content creation.

- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.

- Handle client communication, requirements, feedback, and regular follow-ups.

- Understand client goals and coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery.

- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.

- Conduct competitor and trend research to improve content strategy.

- Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients.

- Ensure client satisfaction and resolve routine queries efficiently.

- Required Skills:
- Positive communication and client-handling skills.

- Knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn and other social platforms.

- Basic understanding of social media marketing, content and engagement.

- Good coordination and organizational skills.

- Basic Canva knowledge is preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
