Rayan Malhotra is an award-winning fintech entrepreneur, recognised among BW's 40 Under 40, and a digital creator with 250K+ followers on Instagram (@therayanmalhotra). His content covers technology, AI, business, finance and entrepreneurship.

We're expanding beyond his personal brand to develop multiple content IPs, YouTube channels and revenue streams through courses, brand partnerships, sponsorships and creator-led businesses.

We're looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager who can independently manage content, drive audience growth and digital marketing, and progressively build and lead the team.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Content & Scriptwriting: Research, conceptualise and personally write compelling scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube videos and ads.
- Social Media Management: Own content strategy, calendars, publishing and community engagement across Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Organic Growth: Drive reach, engagement and follower growth through platform insights, analytics and experimentation.
- Performance Marketing: Plan and execute Meta and Google campaigns for audience acquisition, lead generation and course sales.
- Content Operations: Coordinate shoots, video editors and creative resources to ensure consistent,



high-quality output.
- Current IPs & Monetisation: Support the launch of new content properties, courses, sponsorships and brand collaborations.
- Team Leadership: Build AI-first workflows, manage creative resources and progressively recruit and lead the team.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing.
- Exceptional research, storytelling and scriptwriting skills in English and Hinglish.
- Proven experience growing Instagram or YouTube accounts organically.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, viral content and audience behaviour.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and performance analytics.
- Proficiency with AI tools for research, content creation and marketing automation..

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with Rayan, take ownership of an established digital presence, and help expand it into a larger creator-led media business.

As we grow, you'll have the opportunity to launch new content properties, build your own team and take on broader leadership responsibilities.
