Page Manager

One page. Yours to grow, defend and make unmissable.

Inclusive Minds · Full-time · In office

This isn’t assisting on someone else’s account. You get a page - and you make it matter.

We’re Inclusive Minds - India’s only full-service political consultancy with a national footprint, working alongside the Indian National Congress. We build the campaigns and narratives that show up on your feed, your TV and your group chats during election season - the stuff that actually moves the conversation. Each page we run is a front line in the conversation. You own one: its voice, its growth, its reputation, day in and day out.

What you'll actually be doing:

- Run a page day-to-day - what goes up, when, and why
- Write, schedule and engage while keeping the voice unmistakably consistent
- Brief designers and editors and ship on tight, news-driven cycles
- Watch the metrics and the comments, and steer accordingly
- Defend and grow the page’s audience in a noisy, fast feed

You won’t wait for instructions. You’ll run it like it’s yours. What we need from you:

- 1- 3 years running social pages or communities

- An instinct for tone, timing and what actually travels
- Unbothered by fast cycles and live news
- Clear, fast writing

Bonus points if you have:

- Local cultural and political context
- A page you’ve grown that you can show us

Why this is different: The page you run can shape how thousands see an issue. That’s real ownership, not a task list.

Don't apply if:

- You want someone to approve every post
- Live news rattles you
- Ownership makes you nervous

Apply if:

- You’d treat the page like your own name is on it
- You want real ownership
- You move fast

Ready? Send pages or communities you’ve run and what you grew them into. More about us: www.inclusiveminds.in
