Role Overview

As a Social Media Manager Intern at Pobeli, you will assist in managing social media accounts, developing content ideas, planning posts, engaging with audiences, and supporting social media growth strategies for the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Develop creative content ideas, captions, posts, reels, stories, and other social media formats.
- Create and maintain social media content calendars.
- Research current social media trends, hashtags, formats, and relevant industry topics.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and overall account activity.
- Track basic social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and business development teams.
- Research competitors and identify opportunities to improve social media presence.




- Stay updated with emerging social media trends and suggest new content strategies.

Requirements

- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Good written communication and creative thinking skills.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to write engaging captions and social media copy.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience managing a social media account or creating content is a plus, but not mandatory.
