About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow our brand’s social media presence through creative, strategic and organic marketing .

We’re a fast-growing startup on a mission to make spirituality simple , and we need someone who can turn this vision into engaging, relatable and scroll-stopping content.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the organic social media strategy .
- Manage content calendars, campaigns and social media platforms.
- Lead ideation for Reels, posts, stories, carousels and short-form content.
- Identify trends and turn them into relevant brand content.
- Collaborate with designers, editors and content teams.
- Drive organic reach, engagement, community and follower growth.
- Track social media analytics and improve content based on performance.
- Conduct competitor and audience research.




- Maintain brand voice and consistency across platforms.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Social Media, Organic Marketing or Content Marketing.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and driving organic growth.
- Robust understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Excellent creative thinking, storytelling and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of trends, content formats and social media analytics.
- Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
