Job Title: International Sales Executive – Australian Process

We are looking for motivated and target-oriented International Sales Executives to join our team in Gurgaon for an Australian Solar & Energy Solutions process. The ideal candidate should have experience in international sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert potential customers into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the Australian market.
- Promote solar solutions, renewable energy products, and electricity-saving services.
- Identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.
- Handle customer objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update sales reports.
- Build positive relationships with Australian customers through qualified communication.





Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–6 years of experience in International Sales, BPO Sales, or Telesales.
- Australian market or Australian process experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Experience in outbound calling, lead conversion, objection handling, and closing sales.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- A target-driven approach with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
- Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, or Energy Solutions will be an added advantage.
- Must be comfortable working night shifts and from the office in Gurgaon.
