Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-aware Social Media Manager Intern to help grow our social media presence organically.

You will be responsible for creating and executing content ideas, researching social media trends, developing growth strategies, coordinating with the creative team, and building a strong connection between the brand and its ideal audience through engaging content.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media, enjoys creating content, follows Instagram trends, and wants hands-on experience in building a brand from the ground up.

### Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative content ideas for Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Write engaging social media content, Reel scripts, hooks, captions, and content concepts.
- Research and stay updated with Instagram trends, emerging content formats, platform updates, and social media algorithms.
- Develop strategies to increase organic followers, reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Create content focused on building a genuine connection with the brand's ideal customers.
- Identify what type of content resonates with the target audience and continuously develop new content ideas based on audience behavior.
- Work on organic growth through Reels, carousels, posts, stories, and other relevant content formats.
- Study competitor content and identify opportunities to create better, more relevant, and differentiated content.
- Coordinate with video editors, trainers/subject experts, designers, and other team members to execute content ideas.
- Organize and coordinate content shoots, including preparing ideas, scripts,



requirements, and shoot flow.
- Participate in content shoots and help ensure the required content is captured properly.
- Communicate with team members to ensure content production runs smoothly.
- Continuously experiment with new content formats, hooks, storytelling techniques, and organic growth strategies.
- Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.

- Comfortable with anchoring or appearing in videos.
- Interest in AI video creation and AI-powered content tools.
- Basic understanding of video editing or design.
- Comfortable being involved in content shoots.
- Strong understanding of Instagram/Reels culture and trends.
- Willingness to experiment and test new content ideas.
- Willing to anchor, host, and appear on camera for Instagram Reels and other video content.
