About Us

Diet 365 provides personalised nutrition and lifestyle coaching. UR Fitness offers personal training and small-group training in Chandigarh. We’re looking for a creative, organised Social Media Manager to manage both brands and turn our expertise, client journeys and everyday work into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute monthly content calendars for both brands.
- Create ideas, hooks, scripts and captions for reels, posts and stories.
- Coordinate shoots with founders, coaches, clients and the video editor.
- Capture phone-based content, including workouts, behind-the-scenes moments and client testimonials—with consent.
- Schedule and publish content consistently on Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Respond to comments and messages, and pass enquiries to the team.
- Maintain consistent branding, tone and quality across both accounts.
- Track reach, engagement, enquiries and bookings; use these insights to improve content.




- Coordinate with the advertising agency on creative requirements and campaigns.
- Ensure health-related content is reviewed by the coaching team before publishing.

What We’re Looking For

- At least 1 year of hands-on social media management experience.
- A portfolio showing accounts managed, content created and results achieved.
- Strong writing skills in English and Hindi/Hinglish.
- Confidence with Instagram, Meta Business Suite, Canva and basic video-editing tools.
- Ability to shoot good-quality content on a phone.
- Solid planning skills and the ability to meet deadlines across two brands.
- Interest in fitness, nutrition and wellness; relevant industry experience is a plus.
