About Role We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to handle and grow social media accounts for D2C brands. The ideal candidate should understand content strategy, trends, and how to generate engagement + inbound leads.

Requirements

- 1–2 years experience in Social Media Management
- Experience working with D2C / eCommerce brands (preferred)
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels & LinkedIn content
- Basic knowledge of content strategy & audience psychology
- Strong communication & creative thinking
- Familiar with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.

Bonus (Good to Have)
- Experience in UGC content planning
- Basic understanding of performance marketing (ads)
- On-camera confidence (optional but preferred)

Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram & LinkedIn accounts (Growvertix + client brands)
- Plan and execute content calendar (Reels, Carousels, Posts)
- Coordinate with designers & video editors for content creation
- Write engaging captions and hooks (D2C-focused)
- Track performance (reach, engagement, leads) and optimize strategy
- Stay updated with trends, formats, and viral content ideas
- Handle comments, DMs, and community engagement
