Content Creator & Social Media Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years | Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn.
- Plan and create reels, posts, stories, and other engaging content.
- Shoot and direct reels/videos for our brand and clients.
- Write creative scripts, captions, hooks, and CTAs.
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral reels, sounds, and formats.
- Create content strategies based on different clients' brands and target audiences.
- Monitor engagement, growth, and social media performance.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation/social media management.
- Strong creative and communication skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Comfortable shooting videos and appearing on camera when required.
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio/previous work is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
