We are looking for a creative, responsible, and proactive Social Media Manager cum Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients while delivering quality work on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts for multiple clients across different industries.
- Design engaging social media creatives, posts, stories, carousels, and basic promotional graphics using Canva.
- Plan and manage social media content calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, collect feedback, and coordinate content approvals.
- Maintain professional client relationships and provide regular updates on ongoing work.
- Write or refine basic social media captions and content in good English.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-powered platforms to improve creativity, productivity, and content quality.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
- Stay updated with social media trends, design styles,



and digital marketing best practices.
- Meet deadlines and maintain high standards of punctuality, professionalism, and accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good working knowledge of Canva and social media graphic design.
- Positive English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong client management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Good time management, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of content planning, captions, and social media engagement.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation, brainstorming, and daily work.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to accept feedback.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
- Experience with e-commerce or D2C brands, especially Shopify-based businesses.
- Knowledge of branding, reels, short-form video editing, and social media trends.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms.
