Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media strategies, content planning, audience engagement, and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the company's social media accounts across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute monthly social media content strategies and calendars.
- Plan and coordinate content including Reels, Posts, Stories, Videos, and Campaigns.
- Work closely with the Video Editor, Graphic Designer, and Content/Anchor team to ensure timely content delivery.
- Monitor social media trends, viral content, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Increase reach, engagement, followers, and overall brand visibility.
- Analyze social media performance using platform insights and prepare regular performance reports.
- Handle audience comments, messages, and community engagement professionally.




- Develop creative campaigns and ideas to improve engagement and brand awareness.
- Stay updated with Instagram and YouTube algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other relevant tools for content ideation, research, and social media planning.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Good knowledge of content strategy, social media analytics, and audience growth.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to identify trending topics and convert them into engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and social media management will be preferred.
