Core Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive organic and paid social media strategies aligned with business goals

- Plan, create, edit, and publish daily content (copywriting, graphics, and video) across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
- Manage community engagement by monitoring comments, direct messages, and brand mentions
- Track performance metrics, analyze social data/SEO, and deliver regular ROI and trend reports to leadership
- Coordinate with internal creative, sales, and customer service teams or external agencies

Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital coordination (typically 1–3+ years)

- Strong copywriting and editing skills with a sharp eye for platform algorithms and Social SEO
- Proficiency in analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social listening/publishing suites)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent hands-on portfolio experience.
