Job SummaryAs the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for building brand awareness, executing strategic organic social media campaigns, and managing our online community. Crucially, you will own the Meta Ads Ecosystem—designing, launching, testing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to drive measurable growth and return on investment (ROI).Key Responsibilities

- Meta Ads Management (Core Focus): Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns within Meta Ads Manager. Build out audience targeting strategies, manage budgets, execute A/B testing (creatives, copy, and landers), and consistently improve ROAS and CPA.
- Content Strategy & Planning: Create, schedule, and maintain an active content calendar across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Copywriting & Creative Direction: Craft high-converting ad copy, captions, and briefs for design/animation teams to build engaging visual elements.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze,



and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for both organic and paid channels, translating data into actionable optimization steps.
- Community Engagement: Foster online conversations, respond to messages/comments, and manage the brand voice effectively.
- Trend Research: Stay ahead of social media algorithms, emerging tools, AI integrations, and tech/animation industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3+ years of proven experience in managing social media marketing channels and paid advertising.
- Expertise in Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager: Deep technical knowledge of custom audiences, lookalikes, Meta Pixel setup, conversion API, and tracking architecture.
- Strong capabilities in Social Media Optimization (SMO) and organic growth.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong copywriting instincts.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics and social platform insights.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and basic design platforms (e.g., Canva).
- Prior experience in the tech, software, creative, or animation sectors is a major plus.
