About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern who is passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, be aware of the latest trends, and have the creativity to develop engaging content. This role will provide hands-on experience working on real client and brand accounts across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and develop engaging content for social media, including creative posts, graphics, captions, reels, stories, and short-form videos based on client requirements and current trends.
- Assist in developing fresh content ideas and concepts that are relevant to the brand, target audience, and marketing objectives.
- Assist in planning and maintaining social media content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging social media posts, captions, stories, reels, and other content in line with brand guidelines.
- Support the team in managing day-to-day social media activities, including content posting and basic community engagement.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, competitor activities, and social media trends to generate fresh content ideas.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns and content strategies.
- Assist in creating and coordinating content for multiple client accounts across different industries.
- Monitor key social media metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
- Assist in preparing social media performance reports and identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist with influencer research, collaborations, and other social media marketing activities.




- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, features, tools, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Students or graduates from Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong interest in Social Media and Digital Marketing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new and engaging content ideas.
- Basic understanding of content creation for social media, including writing captions, creating social media creatives, reels, stories, and short-form video content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and photo/video editing tools.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Understanding of Reels, Stories, hashtags, captions, and current social media trends.
- Good research and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, creative, and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
