Alexa Healthcare India Private Limited is looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Influencer & Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. Salary

₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Shoot and edit high-quality videos, reels, and short-form content.
- Write compelling scripts, captions, and content calendars.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media pages and accounts.
- Ensure daily content updates and consistent brand presence.
- Monitor social media trends and implement creative ideas.
- Increase organic reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Coordinate with the design and healthcare teams for campaign execution.
- Track performance using social media insights and analytics.

Requirements
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience in shooting and editing videos using mobile or DSLR cameras.
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar software.
- Excellent communication, storytelling,



and script-writing skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle content.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with influencer collaborations and digital marketing strategies.
