Fit.Zone is a Bengaluru-based fitness membership platform. One flexible membership gives members access to a continuously expanding network of established partner fitness centers across the city, with the Fit.Zone app live on iOS and Android. Partner fitness centers keep their own brand, coaches and community, and grow with Fit.Zone's members, marketing and technology. We are scaling fast, and every role has real ownership from day one.

What you will do

- Manage all partner fitness center Google Business Profiles: weekly posts, photos, offers, hours, categories and Q&A;
- Reply to every Google review within 24 hours using approved response guidelines; escalate complaints to customer care
- Run review-generation drives with cluster managers and partner centers
- Set up the Google Business Profile for each new center within 3 working days of go-live
- Plan and publish the Fit.Zone Instagram calendar: feed, Stories and Reels, with captions and hashtags
- Reply to comments and DMs, and pass leads to the sales and customer care teams the same day
- Report monthly: profile calls,



direction requests and website clicks per center; Instagram reach, saves and follower growth

Must have

- Has managed Google Business Profiles for a multi-location business (retail, clinics, restaurants, gyms or similar)
- Strong written English and a tone that is warm, confident and never corporate
- Knows Instagram formats and how Reels, Stories and feed posts behave in reach
- Knows fitness advertising sensitivities: no before/after body images or health claims

Valuable to have

- Local SEO basics: categories, consistent name/address/phone, location pages
- Kannada for local replies
- Meta Business Suite and bulk Google Business Profile management

How we will measure you (first 90 days)

- Every live center has a complete, verified Google Business Profile with a weekly post
- Average review reply time under 24 hours
- Month-on-month growth in profile calls and direction requests across the network

Hiring process

1. CV screen by HR within 3 working days
2. Written task: reply to 5 sample Google reviews (including 2 negative ones) and draft one week of Instagram posts
3. Interview with the Marketing Lead
4. Final round with the founder
