Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms

(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Write captions, coordinate creatives, and ensure brand consistence.
- Assist in planning monthly content calendars.

Social Media Management
- Manage daily operations of social media accounts.
- Monitor comments, messages, and engage with the audience.
- Ensure timely responses and community interaction

Client/ Brand Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams or clients to understand requirements.
- Implement feedback and ensure deliverables are met on time

Performance Tracking
- Track key metrics like reach, engagement, and followers.
- Prepare basic reports and share insights for improvement.

Campaign Execution
- Assist in executing social media campaigns and promotions.
- Support paid ads and influencer collaborations (if applicable).Trend Monitoring




- Stay updated with social media trends, reels, and viral content formats.
- Suggest new ideas to improve engagement and growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Basic experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Good understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
- Robust communication and creative writing skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or scheduling tools.
- Basic analytical skills to understand performance metrics.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of paid ads.
- Basic design or video editing skills.
- Experience with influencer marketing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
