Job Overview

Saunak Films is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage the company’s social media platforms, develop engaging content, improve brand visibility, and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and captions.
- Coordinate with the graphic design, video editing, and production teams for content creation.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
- Manage social media campaigns, promotions, and paid advertisements.
- Analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries professionally.
- Ensure consistent branding and timely posting across all platforms.




- Generate creative ideas for promotional campaigns and brand awareness.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Positive content writing, communication, and creative skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and advertising tools.
- Basic understanding of Canva and video editing tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to plan content, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
