We’re looking for a creative, proactive Social Media Executive with 2+ years of experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency to manage social media accounts and drive organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Increase organic online visibility and brand awareness.
- Manage social media handles for multiple brands.
- Plan content calendars and manage content scheduling and publishing.
- Create engaging content, including captions, posts, stories and reel concepts.
- Work with designers and video editors to deliver quality content.
- Develop strategies to grow followers, reach and engagement organically.
- Manage comments and DMs to build an active online community.
- Track performance and share reports with actionable improvements.
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes.

Requirements:





- Minimum 2 years of relevant advertising or digital marketing agency experience.
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management and organic growth.
- Strong copywriting, communication and creative thinking skills.
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and social media analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

Location: Unitech Business Zone, Sector 50, Gurugram Work Mode: Full time, work from office | 6-day working week
