- Take professional photos for social media, website, marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

- Handle basic lighting, framing, composition and photography equipment.

- Select, organize and maintain photographs for future marketing requirements.

- Ensure photos are properly edited and optimized before publishing.

Videography

- Shoot videos for events, workshops, interviews, testimonials, training sessions and promotions.

- Capture engaging footage for Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms.

- Plan basic shots, angles and sequences based on content requirements.

- Handle camera, tripod, lighting, microphone and other basic shooting equipment.

- Ensure good-quality audio and video during shoots.

Video Editing

- Edit Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, testimonials,



interviews and event highlights.

- Add captions, transitions, music, effects, animations and branding elements.

- Create engaging, trend-based video content for social media.

- Resize and optimize videos for different platform requirements.

- Maintain consistent branding, style and visual quality across all videos.

- Complete editing assignments within the required timelines.

Social Media Management

- Manage AJSD Academy's social media platforms — Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and others.

- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities.

- Suggest recent creative ideas to improve reach, engagement and brand visibility.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
