About the Role

We are looking for a creative and organised Content Writer cum Social Media Executive to write content and manage social media activities for Opt-in Digital and GetView.

You will create brand-relevant content, plan monthly content calendars, write captions and coordinate publishing. The role requires clear writing, attention to detail and an understanding of how content supports audience engagement and business enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Content Writing

- Write and edit website content, blogs, social media captions and promotional copy.
- Create engaging hooks, short video scripts and content ideas for reels and other social formats.
- Write content about digital marketing, YouTube promotion and related services.
- Research topics and verify facts before submitting content.
- Adapt the tone and messaging to each brand and its audience.
- Apply basic SEO principles, including relevant keywords, clear headings and readable structure.
- Proofread all content for grammar, spelling, clarity and originality.
- Use AI tools where helpful, while reviewing and editing the output for accuracy and brand relevance.

Social Media Management

- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for Opt-in Digital and other in house brand.
- Schedule and publish approved content across relevant platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate with the graphic designer/video editor by providing transparent creative briefs and copy.




- Suggest relevant content formats, trends and campaign ideas.
- Monitor comments and messages, respond using approved guidance and forward sales enquiries to the responsible team member.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and posting schedules.
- Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, profile visits and enquiries.
- Prepare a simple monthly report with findings and suggestions for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong English writing skills and the ability to write natural Hindi/Hinglish captions.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
- Basic knowledge of SEO content writing and online research.
- Strong proofreading, planning and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets and social media scheduling tools.
- Ability to meet deadlines and incorporate feedback.
- Graduation preferred; writing quality and relevant skills will also be considered.

Preferred Skills

- Basic Canva knowledge for simple creative edits.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite.
- Experience writing for digital marketing, creators or YouTube-related services.
- A portfolio of blogs, captions, scripts or social media pages you have managed.
