We are looking for a Social Media Executive who manages a brand's daily online presence, creates engaging content, interacts with audiences, and tracks digital performance across platforms like Company website, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Planning

- Develop and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
- Write compelling captions, copy, and scripts.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors (or create basic graphics/videos using tools like Canva or CapCut).
- Research trending topics, sounds, hashtags, and industry updates to keep content fresh.

Community Management

- Monitor comments, direct messages,



and brand mentions across all active channels.
- Reply to queries professionally to foster brand loyalty and positive customer relations.
- Engage with online communities, partners, and micro-influencers.

Campaigns & Paid Ads

- Assist in planning and executing paid social ad campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Help manage allocated ad budgets and track target audience engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track daily and monthly performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth) using native platform insights or scheduling tools.
- Prepare regular reports and suggest data-backed improvements for future posts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
