Role Description The Social Media Content Creator at TalesByDora is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to showcase travel experiences, itineraries, and brand storytelling.

Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, writing captions and short-form copy, sourcing or creating images and videos, and collaborating with the marketing and travel teams to highlight destinations and offers.

Creator will monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies to increase reach, engagement,



and follower growth. The role also involves community management, such as responding to comments and messages, and supporting campaigns, promotions, and influencer collaborations.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in social media content creation, including copywriting, visual storytelling, and basic photo/video editing.
- Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X) and using scheduling and analytics tools.
- Ability to research travel topics, understand audience interests, and develop creative concepts that align with brand voice.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles, including social media campaigns, hashtags, and audience targeting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines on-site.
- A genuine interest in travel, culture, and storytelling; prior experience in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
