We’re Hiring – Social Media Coordinator

Location: Pune Blewadi

Experience: 2+ Years

Qualification: 12th / Diploma / Graduation

CTC: 3.6lpa to 4.5lpa

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation & Curation: Create engaging text, photo, video, and Reel content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Scheduling & Publishing: Plan and manage the content calendar and schedule posts using social media management tools.
- Community Management: Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the audience.
- Strategy & Campaign Planning: Develop social media plans aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and other key metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, trending audio, algorithms, and competitor activities.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
- Basic skills in Canva,



graphic design, and mobile video editing tools such as CapCut.
- Familiarity with scheduling and monitoring tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Good organization, time management, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and work collaboratively with different teams.
