About the Role

​We are looking for a voice for our brand! As our Community Growth Intern, you will be responsible for building real relationships with our audience, boosting engagement on Instagram, and converting curious followers into first-time buyers through high-touch interaction.

​Key Responsibilities

​Respond to all Instagram comments, DMs, and product inquiries within 30 minutes during active hours.

​Post interactive daily Instagram Stories (scent polls, Q&A; sessions, customer reviews, fragrance application guides).

​Engage with target audiences on relevant posts (beauty bloggers, perfume lovers) to drive organic visibility.

​Assist in basic customer query resolution (order tracking, payment support) in coordination with the founder.

​Requirements

​Excellent written communication skills with an energetic, brand-aligned tone of voice.

​High availability during peak evening social media hours (6 PM – 10 PM).

​Empathetic, customer-first attitude and quick problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
