- 5+ years in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), with experience managing end-to-end processes for India Companies Act qualified distributions.
- Compliance Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of India CSR regulations (Section 135) and statutory compliance frameworks.
- Grantmaking: Demonstrated experience managing grant lifecycles, grantee vetting, and measuring impact outcomes.
- Regional Expertise: Robust understanding of the socio-economic and non-profit landscape in the APJ region, especially India.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of influencing without authority across diverse, global teams (Sales, Marketing, HR,



Executive Leadership).
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to synthesize global strategic goals into actionable, context-aware regional programs.
- Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to executive stakeholders and large employee groups.
- Autonomy: Comfort working as an independent regional lead within a matrixed global organization.

Keywords -Education: College degree preferred but not required. Must have at least five years of progressively responsible work experience and experience working on India Companies Act CSR spend in a corporate environment.
