SOC Specialist - Email, Endpoint, Cloud and Data Security (5+Years)

· 5 years of experience in information technology and the security domain

· Design anti-phishing, anti-malware, Safe Links/Attachments, outbound spam, and connection filtering policies; manage VIP/user quarantines, alert triage, false positives, IOC ingestion, and reporting.

· Validate SPF records, generate/publish DKIM keys, deploy DMARC policies, administer Mimecast, monitor DMARC reports, and remediate failures.

· Endpoint Security (EDR – MDE/Trend Micro): Define onboarding, detection, ASR rules, and SIEM/SOAR integration; administer portals; triage alerts; handle VIP incidents; manage isolation/unisolation and produce health/coverage reports.

· Good in Cloud Security (MCAS), Data Security, Infra Scan

· Good in general SecOps duties ie review configurations across PKI, WAF, Bot Protection, and Privileged Access Management; perform vulnerability management; prepare SOPs and guides; consolidate metrics; stay updated on IT/security trends.

· Ready to work on shifts and provide 24/7 support in follow the sun mode

· Experienced in risk assessment and bring a valuable knowledge of tools, technologies, and methods

· Good understanding of standards, regulations, and laws like NIST, GDPR, ISO





· Able to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid them.

· Act as an expert and review constantly the configuration on Endpoint Security, PKI; Email Security; Microsoft Security Tools, WAF, Bot protection, Privilege Access Management

· Work with the Lead Security specialist on maintenance and evolution of our systems

· Capacity to identify and define system security requirements

· Support investigation on security breaches and other cyber security incidents with the SOC

· Participate as a security expert with the SOC on investigations and troubleshooting of problems

· Provide 2nd level support, including evaluation, consulting, and solution implementation

· Use a ticket system to respond to user requests and escalate if necessary

· Perform cybersecurity monitoring and Vulnerability Management

· Work across teams to promote company security standards

· Prepare and document standard operating procedures and guides

· Consolidate information in reports for metrics

· Stay up to date on information technology trends and security standards

· Advanced knowledge of Firewalls, Web Proxy, NAC and Knowledge about SOC activities

· Preferably immediate joiner.
