Profile : SOC Analyst ( L1 )

Expr : 1 Year to 2 Year

Location: Shastri Park - CURRENT DELHI

Department : National Informatic Center - DELHI

Qualification : B.tech / MCA / M.sc ./ M.tech

Technical Knowledge:

- Expertise in incident handling and response.
- Proficiency in using SIEM, IDS/IPS, and other security tools.
- Strong understanding of security operations and threat analysis.
- Expertise in Malware Reverse Engineering, Exploit Development.
- Security Breach Investigation & Threat Hunting.
- Knowledge of Cyber Forensics.
- Knowledge and understanding of file formats and network protocols.
- Experience with network traffic analysis tools (like Wireshark, Fiddler).

. Essential Certifications (any one of the following):





- CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+).
- Certified Incident Handler (GCIH).
- Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA).
- GIAC Enterprise Vulnerability Assessor (GEVA).
- Certified Incident Handler (ECIH).
- GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH).
- CompTIA Cyber Security Analyst (CySA+)

. Scope of Work:

- Lead the response and resolution of complex security incidents.
- Manage and guide the SOC team in daily operations.
- Analyze escalated incidents and provide detailed reports.
- Develop and maintain incident response procedures.
- Collaborate with L1 and L2 engineers to enhance SOC effectiveness.
- Ensure the proper functioning of security tools and systems.
- Keep the team updated on the latest security trends and vulnerabilities.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions for SOC staff.
