Job Requirements We are looking for a Snowflake Lead with 12 years of data engineering experience. You will lead our data architecture team. You will build enterprise-grade data warehouses, data lakes, and analytics solutions on Snowflake. You will guide technical decisions, mentor team members, and work with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance data pipelines and data models on Snowflake.

Team Leadership: Lead a team of data engineers. Review code, set best practices, and guide technical delivery. Migration & Integration: Lead data migrations from legacy systems (Teradata, Oracle, Netezza, or on-premise Hadoop) to Snowflake.

Performance Tuning: Optimize Snowflake compute costs, virtual warehouses, clustering keys, and query performance.

Data Governance: Implement data security, masking, role-based access control (RBAC), and data sharing using Snowflake features. CI/CD & DevOps:



Build automated CI/CD pipelines for data deployments using tools like Git, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

Stakeholder Management: Talk to business partners to understand requirements and turn them into technical designs.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Experience: 10 to 12 years in IT, with at least 5 to 6 years focused exclusively on Snowflake and cloud data warehousing.

Snowflake Expertise: Deep knowledge of Snowflake architecture, Snowpark, Streams, Tasks, Zero-Copy Clone, Time Travel, and Data Sharing.

Programming Languages: Strong skills in Python, SQL, and Spark.

Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

ETL/ELT Tools: Experience with contemporary data integration tools like dbt, Informatica, Talend, or Fivetran.

Certifications: Snowflake SnowPro Core or Advanced Certification is strongly preferred.
