Role: SMT Technician/Operator – Station-Level Execution (1-3 Years Exp)Industry: Manufacturing / ProductionExperience: 1–3 YearsQualification: Diploma/EngineeringResponsibilities :

- Operation - Perform assigned operation according to SOP/WI

- Quality - Produce defect-free products and perform required inspections

- Process Parameters - Follow specified machine/process parameters

- Material Handling - Use correct material, part number and quantity

- Equipment - Operate equipment correctly and perform basic checks

- Defect Identification - Identify abnormal/defective products and stop/escalate when required

- Production Target - Achieve assigned station cycle time/output

- Traceability - Maintain barcode, serial number and production records correctly

- ESD - Follow ESD precautions and use required ESD equipment





- Safety - Follow safety instructions and use PPE(Personal protective Equipment)

- 5S - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation

- Documentation - Complete check sheets and production records accurately

- Abnormality Reporting - Immediately report machine, material, quality or process abnormalities

- Rework - Perform only authorized rework according to approved instructions

- Training - Attend required skill and process training

- Continuous Improvement - Suggest improvements and report process problems

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
