Role Description The Skin Therapist role is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.

The Skin

Therapist will perform a range of skin care treatments, including facials, peels, and other cosmetic procedures, while following prescribed protocols and hygiene standards. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, assessing client skin concerns, recommending suitable treatments and products, and maintaining accurate service records. The role also involves performing professional hair removal services, supporting sales of skin care products and treatment packages, and providing attentive customer service before, during, and after appointments.

Therapist will work closely with the team to ensure a welcoming environment, assist with clinic upkeep, and participate in regular training to stay updated on industry trends and techniques.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Skin Care and Cosmetology, with the ability to perform a variety of facial and skin treatments safely and effectively.
- Proficiency in Hair Removal techniques, including knowledge of different methods and skin types.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a professional, respectful, and client-focused approach.
- Ability to support Sales of services and products through clear communication, product knowledge, and ethical recommendations.
- Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology, aesthetics, or skin therapy from a recognized institution.
- Attention to hygiene, safety, and infection control standards in all treatments and client interactions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain procedures and aftercare instructions clearly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as required, and to participate in ongoing training.
