Job Purpose The Skill Development Manager will lead the end-to-end execution, compliance, and operational management of government-funded vocational training programs [e.g., PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NULM, State Skill Development Missions (SSDMs), or special regional skilling initiatives]. The ideal candidate will ensure absolute alignment with NSQF guidelines, flawless portal management, and strict adherence to target delivery and fund-release milestones.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Management, Social Work, Public Policy, or related operational fields.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of core experience executing government-funded skilling projects in India.
- Proven Track Record: Direct experience navigating NSDC/SSDM compliance frameworks, center accreditation processes, and managing portal uploads is mandatory.
