Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Branch Supervisor to manage daily vehicle operations, driver coordination, maintenance follow-ups, bidding activities, and reporting at our Mouda branch. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth vehicle movement, timely driver availability, coordination with plant personnel, and accurate operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Vehicle Follow-up: Monitor vehicle movement, availability, deployment, and daily operational status.
- Driver Management: Coordinate with drivers regarding duty schedules, vehicle assignments, attendance, and reporting time.
- Driver Arrangement: Arrange replacement drivers and ensure driver availability as per operational requirements.
- Bidding Activities: Handle vehicle bidding activities and coordinate with concerned personnel for operational requirements.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Follow up on vehicle servicing, repairs, breakdowns, and maintenance schedules.
- Operational Issue Reporting: Maintain Excel reports of all operational issues, including vehicle breakdowns, driver-related issues, maintenance requirements, and other pending matters.
- Plant Training Coordination:



Attend and coordinate required training sessions at the plant and ensure compliance with plant procedures.
- Coordination with UltraTech Employees: Maintain regular communication and coordination with UltraTech Cement employees regarding vehicle deployment, operational requirements, and issue resolution.
- Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit daily vehicle status reports, driver updates, maintenance reports, and pending issue reports to management.
- Operational Support: Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations and promptly escalate critical issues to the concerned authority.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in transportation, fleet management, logistics, or branch operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily reporting.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage drivers and handle operational issues.
- Responsible, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to coordinate with plant personnel and attend plant training.

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: ₹14,000–₹15,000, depending on experience and suitability.
