ZAD – Zubair Architectural Design is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our team in Thalassery, Kerala.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction and site activities.
- Monitor work progress and ensure project schedules are followed.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, engineers, and office staff.
- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and update site photographs.
- Ensure safety standards and proper use of materials at the site.
- Report site issues and progress updates to the management.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in construction site supervision is an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
