– Site Supervisor (Vermicompost Plant)

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily vermicompost plant operations, including bed preparation, filling, maintenance, and harvesting.

- Must have practical knowledge and experience in vermicompost bed making and management.

- Operate and supervise fertiliser manufacturing machinery, including screening, crushing, mixing, and sieving equipment.

- Compulsory knowledge and hands-on experience in tractor operation for material handling and plant activities.

- Manage raw materials, labour, and daily production activities.

- Monitor product quality, production targets, equipment maintenance, and workplace safety.

- Maintain daily records of production, material consumption, and labour attendance.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Practical knowledge of vermicompost bed preparation and maintenance.

- Knowledge of fertiliser manufacturing machines and their operation.

- Tractor operation skills are mandatory.

- Ability to supervise workers and independently manage daily plant operations.

- Candidates with relevant experience in vermicomposting, agriculture, or fertiliser manufacturing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
