Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee construction projects on site, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Prepare daily reports on project status, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental norms, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field (site supervision).

- Diploma or BE degree in Civil from a recognized institution.

- Robust knowledge of billing engineering principles (contractor billing), quantity estimation techniques (material reconciliation), planning engineering practices.
